Prior to the dispatch of custom made items from our workshop customers will be sent via email a high quality color image of their finished product for the purposes of approval. Only after approval is given by the customer will a custom product be dispatched to you. Please ensure that the email address you give is valid and that any email filters are set to accept emails from the my-bullet.com domain. My Bullet® is not liable for delivery delays caused by non-receipt of customer approval.
